This suit was instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia for a decree of partition of the immovable properties described in Schedule 'A' to the plaint.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and Settlement Agreement has been executed and signed on 01.09.2025, copy of which is on record. 3.
Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties incorporated in Settlement Agreement dated 01.09.2025, which shall form part of the decree and bind the parties thereto. 5.
