The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the foreclosure letter dated 15.05.2025 issued by the respondent no. 1 (Executive Engineer, PWD), whereby the agreement bearing no. 74/EE(E)/PWD HMED(N)/ 2024-25 between the petitioner and respondents (PWD) was foreclosed by invoking clause 13 of the said agreement. 2.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking relief qua the foreclosure letter dated 15.05.2025.

The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
