The judgment-debtors are appearing through video conferencing mode and their identity is verified by Mr. Rhythm Buaria, Advocate. 2.

On the last date of the hearing i.e., on 14.01.2025, the statement on behalf of judgment-debtors was placed on record. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the decree-holder was directed to file a response to the settlement proposal. 4.

When the matter is called out today, Mr. Mohit Arora, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the decree-holder submits that the decree-holder is agreeable to the statement made on behalf of judgment-debtors as has been captured in order dated 14.01.2025. He, however, submits that the settlement proposal may be modified to the extent that the construction shall take place as per the layout plan in the settlement deed, and therefore, instead of any The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. further approval by judgment-debtor no.2, the decree-holder and judgmentdebtor no.2 themselves can mutually decide if there is any further clarification necessary.

The aforesaid contention is accepted by learned counsel who appears on behalf of judgment-debtor no.2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court accepts the statement placed on record by judgment-debtor no.2 with the modification to the extent that in paragraph no.2 in the fourth line, instead of with approval from judgmentdebtor no.2, let it be with the consent of decree-holder and judgment-debtor no.2.

Ordered accordingly.

The parties shall remain bound by the statement placed on record by judgment-debtor no.2 and as has been agreed by the decree-holder. 9.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition stands disposed of.
