After hearing arguments for some time, Mr. Vishwendra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner/claimant, submits that he does not challenge the impugned order dated 03.10.2024 and, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he would deposit the Arbitrator Fee with respect to the opposite party also, in all the four matters, within two weeks from today. 2.
He submits that when the matter was, subsequently, taken up by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, it has even adjourned the matter sine die as the fee was not paid. He submits that he would move appropriate application before the learned Arbitral Tribunal seeking resumption of the arbitral proceedings. 3.
