This is an application for modification of order dated 17.09.2025, passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 1992/2025, titled as, "Veeru Singh@Veeru Verma @ Beeru vs. The State Govt. of NCT of Delhi". 2.

The bail was granted subject to various conditions, including the condition that applicant shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that applicant is a resident of Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh and due to such condition in the bail The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order, the applicant is unable, even to visit his hometown in Muradabad. 4.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, confirms that applicant is a resident of Muradabad. That being so, the aforesaid condition in bail order dated 17.09.2025 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. The remaining terms and conditions of the bail order shall remain same.
