The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into a settlement before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and pursuant thereto, a Decree of Divorce has been granted to the parties by an order dated 10.05.2023 passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition(C) No.474/2022.

In view of the same, she prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
