This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 528 of BNSS for seeking grant of parole for a period of 04 weeks in case FIR No. 280/2012 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at PS Khyala. 2.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, Ld. Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has filed an application before the authority for the grant of parole which has been forwarded to the Home (General) Department of the Government of NCT of Delhi and the same is under consideration.
