Mr Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition is infructuous as the compounding charges as determined by the Revenue in terms of the letter dated 17.02.2025 have been determined at ₹56,57,423/-, which is less than the charges, which were payable according to the petitioner. He seeks to withdraw the present petition while reserving all rights and contentions.
