The present application has been filed by the Respondent No.1 under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking correction of facts in the Judgment dated 08.09.2025 passed in FAO (OS) 63/2025. 2.
The Appeal was allowed by this Court, after visiting the disputed property with the consent and in the presence of the learned counsel representing the parties.

Now, this application has been filed seeking clarification on the ground that the Respondent No.1 resides in U.S.A. and was not present, whereas this Court has observed that the parties were present. Learned counsel representing the Respondent No.1 was present at the site and there was an individual who was representing the Respondent No.1 and had put forth his case when the Bench visited to inspect the site. 5.
The observations made in the Judgment are on the basis of the events which took place at the site. Hence, there is no requirement for clarification.
