W.P.(C) 1105/2018 & CM.APPL 4601/2018(stay) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners. The petitioners claim to be vending outside Gurudwara Khokha Market, New Delhi. Fear of dispossession at the hands of respondent no.1 has led to the filing of the present writ petition. Mr. April Pal Singh, learned counsel, who enters appearance on behalf of respondent no.1, submits that the petitioners are not regular street vendors. Mr. Amrit Pal Singh disputes all the averments made in the writ petition and submits, on instructions, that the respondent no.1 has no intention of removing

the petitioners for the present. Based on the statement so made, Mr. Dubey, counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, wishes to withdraw the present petition. He seeks leave to approach this Court in case a need so arises. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. CM.APPL 4601/2018 also stands dismissed as withdrawn.
