This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 19.07.2024 whereby this Court had extended the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 2 months. 5.

It is stated that in para 2 of the order dated 19.07.2024, it has been wrongly observed that final arguments have been concluded. 6.

It is stated that pleadings and evidence in the arbitral proceedings have concluded and the arguments are to commence. 7.

The application is of a technical nature and no reply is required. 8.

The proof of service has also been filed.
