Counsel for respondent states that the same shall be duly complied with within the next 8 weeks.

Though, benefit of the Old Pension Scheme has been given to petitioners, the amounts have not been transferred. Same may be done expeditiously but within the next 8 weeks.

It has been made clear that if this timeline is disobeyed, contempt proceedings shall be proceeded with against the Concerned Officer. 5.
On this undertaking, the petitions are disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction. 6.
