A petition under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of the mandate of learned Arbitral Tribunal by six months from the date of expiry i.e. 18.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Tribunal.

In view of the submissions made, six months extension is granted to the Arbitral Tribunal from 18.04.2024 i.e. the date it expired. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
