% 14.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead approach the first appellate Court under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) against the judgment which has followed the impugned order.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner has the liberty to pursue the remedy of appeal in accordance with law.
