1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 14.01.2025. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 14.01.2025 has been placed on record. They, therefore, pray that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the said settlement.

2. Having perused the settlement agreement dated 14.01.2025, we dispose of the appeal by directing that the parties will remain bound by the terms and conditions of the said settlement agreement, making it clear that the impugned judgment will no longer will enforceable.

3. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
