Accordingly, present application stands disposed of. Crl. M.A.4682/2020 Present application has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender in compliance with the orders dated 6th January, 2020 and 31st January, 2020 passed by this Court.

In the present application it is stated that the applicant, who is HIV Positive and is suffering from Tuberculosis, has developed fever, severe diarrhea and abdominal pain.

Along with the application a prescription dated 20th February, 2020 has been enclosed. Today learned counsel for the applicant has handed over another prescription dated 29th February, 2020. From the said prescriptions, it is apparent that the petitioner is suffering from diarrhea, but her vital parameters are stable. In the opinion of this Court, the applicant cannot be said at the moment to be so unwell that she cannot surrender. In any event, the time for surrender has been extended once already.
