After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the award of the new tender for Rithala Metro parking site to a third party as well as to seek compensation on account of alleged non-extension of the Rithala Metro parking site by one year on account of COVID 19 pandemic.
