The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 191/2023 dated 06.02.2023 for offences punishable under Section 336 IPC read with Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act registered at P.S. Jyoti Nagar, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 31.08.2023 of this Court, the petitioner has already joined investigation, which position is not disputed by learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO who is present in Court. 3.

He further fairly submits that there is no incriminating material available against the present petitioner except the disclosure statement, as delineated in the status report.
