Learned APP for the State points out that the State has been able to verify only the medical documents, which are annexed with the petition, which are of August, 2023, and as no fresh medical documents have been filed, his current medical condition was not verified. At this stage learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application along with the current medical status of the Petitioner's father. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
