The present appeal under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, challenges the impugned order dated 12th July, 2023 whereby the application under Section 233 of the CrPC filed by the Appellants for examination of an official witness from the United Nations was rejected by the ld. Trial Court.
