The present petition under Sections 2(b) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"I. Pass an order directing the Contemnors to comply in letter and spirit the directions contained in the final order and judgement dated 03.05.2023 in W.P.(C) No. 10780 of 2022 whereby Hon'ble High Court had directed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to permit the street vendor to vend in terms of the Vending Certificate and despite that petitioner was removed by the Contemnors, which shows wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble court.

II.

Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Contemnors and Punish them for wilful disobedience of the final Order and judgement dated 03.05.2023 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in WPC No. 10780/2022.

III. Pass an order imposing exemplary costs on the contemnors for having willfully and deliberately not complying with the directions of this Hon'ble Court.

IV. Pass an order directing the Contemnors to release the goods of the petitioner in terms of Section 19 of the Street Vendors Act, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2014 and Clause 6.8 of the Street Vendors Scheme, 2019. V. Pass any such directions or order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the abovementioned case." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing, i.e., 08.08.2025 as well.

In these circumstances, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
