% 21.01.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner has expired by afflux of time. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that previously also the petitioner had filed a Writ Petition, being WP(C) 5453/2019, challenging the earlier LOC issued against the petitioner. The same was disposed of by the order dated 28.05.2019 inter-alia taking note of the fact that the LOC itself was to expire on 10.06.2019. He submits

that thereafter the LOC was renewed at the behest of the respondent no.1. He submits that therefore, the respondent no.1 should clarify if it is seeking renewal of the LOC in the present instance as well. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that no request for renewal or issuance of a fresh LOC has been received from any authority so far.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of.

Dasti.
