This is an application seeking extension of the interim bail granted to the petitioner, for a further period of 30 days. 2.

By an order dated 20.09.2019, the interim bail granted to the petitioner was extended by a period of 10 days to enable him to arrange funds for the payment of school fees of his daughter. 3.

It is stated in this application that the applicant suffered an angina attack on 02.10.2019 while he was on his way to Tihar Jail to surrender. It is stated that he is currently admitted in ICU at Kalra Nursing Home, Kirti Nagar.

For the reasons stated in the application, the bail is extended for a further period till 10.10.2019.

In the meanwhile, the respondent shall verify the averments made in the application and submit a report.
