The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Cognizance may please be taken and the proceedings be initiated against the respondent/contemnor in accordance with law for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 05.08.2023 passed in Suit No. 1160 of 2022 passed by Shri Sachin Gupta, ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi thereby committing Contempt of Court. c) Direct the respondent/contemnor to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court and answer to the contentions raised in the present petition.

d) Costs of this Petition may also be recovered from the respondent and granted to the Petitioner herein; and e) To pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

knowledge of the Court that respondent has since passed away on 15.02.2024. 4.

Mr. Gaurav Kalra, who is the son of the aforesaid respondent is present today before the Court and confirms the fact that he alongwith his mother and sister are residing at the address given in the present petition, i.e., B-34/A, Asha Park Extn.,Village Tihar, New Delhi-110018. 5.

In view of the demise of respondent Prem Chand Kalra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and seeks liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
