Mr. Jasmeet Singh, leaned standing counsel for Central Government submits that the matter be referred to the Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development for amicable settlement to which learned counsel for respondent has no objection.

This matter is referred for amicable settlement to the Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development.

3.

The parties shall appear before Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development within four weeks from today.

4.

The Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development shall endeavour to resolve the matter within a period of four months from today. 5.

The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in the above terms with liberty to the parties to avail appropriate legal remedies if any grievance remains after the decision of Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development.

Interim order to continue till the decision of Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development. The rejection letter dated 08th August, 2016 shall also

remain stayed till the decision of Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development. 7.

Pending applications are disposed of.

8.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
