O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no.3/Labcorp Diagnostics Private Limited submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties during the course of mediation. A settlement agreement dated 24.03.2025, entered into during the course of mediation proceedings has been placed on record. 2.

It is jointly submitted by the aforesaid counsel that the said settlement has been arrived at between the parties out of their own free will and volition and all outstanding disputes between the parties stand resolved in terms thereof. Respective counsel, on instructions undertake that the parties shall abide by the terms thereof.

the remaining payment, as contemplated in the settlement agreement shall be duly paid within the time frame mentioned therein. 4.

In the circumstances, at joint request of the petitioner and the respondent no.3, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 24.03.2025.
