Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre').

The Settlement Agreement dated 14th October, 2025, ('Settlement Agreement') which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendants, has been placed on record.

3.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

4.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 6.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.
