Mr. Akshat Vachher, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at between petitioner and the respondent no.5 with the consent of the Union Bank of India. 2.

He submits that the settlement has been recorded by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (Bench at Lucknow), in petition under 227 bearing no. 3526/2023.

In view of the settlement, Mr.Vachher, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition.
