However, the parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 20th January, 2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with a Power of Attorney in favour of Plaintiff's Authorized Representative and Board Resolution in favour of Authorised Representative of the Defendant. 2.
Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the terms of settlement enumerated in paragraph (i) of the Settlement Agreement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 3.
The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 4.

Singh, counsel for the Defendant, on instructions, submits that the payment is being processed and assures that the same shall be transferred today itself. 5.
Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20th January, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 6.
