Nothing remains to be adjudicated as stated by the petitioner in view of the order dated 23.03.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 2752/2026 titled CJ International Hotel Limited & Anr. vs. New Delhi Municipal Council & Anr.. Paragraph no. 3 of the said order is extracted as under: "In view of the aforesaid statement, the present writ petition is disposed of holding that the petitioner does not require any separate license for running/operating the swimming pool."
