A status report has been filed by respondent No.1/North DMC in court today, which is taken on record. As per the status report, the shop was inspected on 24.01.2020 and encroachment in the said shop has been made. A show cause notice has been issued to the owner and he has been asked to deposit a sum of Rs.1,34,294/- on account of arrears of tehbazari. Respondents No.1 and 2 will continue to deal with the said shop/property as per law. Nothing further survives in the present petition. The petition is disposed of.
