% 19.02.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to remove/clear the entire encroachment of the common land encroached by illegal encroachers in Mansarovar Garden, Delhi in front of shopping centre which are directly effecting/obstructing the ingress and egress of the owners of properties bearing No.F-26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, Shopping Centre, Mansarover Garden, Delhi. Other connected reliefs are also sought. Respondent No.2/North DMC has filed a status report in court, which is taken on record. As per the status report, there was a guard room in front of the said properties. On 05.08.2019, the said encroachment in the shape of guard room has been removed with the assistance of the police force. Photographs demolishing the guard room are attached with the report. It is also stated that at present there is some construction work going on in property No. F-30, Shopping Centre, Mansarover Garden, Delhi after sanctioning of an appropriate building plan from the corporation. It is clear that the respondents have taken steps in terms of the prayers

sought in the present writ petition. Respondent No.2/North DMC will ensure that no encroachments are made to block the passage to the properties in question noted above. The respondent No.3/SHO of PS Rajouri Garden will also ensure the needful.

Nothing further survives in this petition. The petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
