This suit has been filed praying for inter alia a decree of partition of the property bearing no.K-3, Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi - 110024.

The plaintiff and the defendants are the children of late Smt.Shanti Devi and late Sh.D.R. Abrol.

During the pendency of the present suit, the parties have entered into a settlement of their inter se disputes and signed the Memorandum of Understanding/Family Settlement dated 13.08.2024. The said Agreement is also signed by all the parties on all pages. The present application is also signed by all the parties and the same is supported by their respective affidavits.

been duly identified by their respective counsels. They affirm the terms of the settlement and state that they shall abide by it. The plaintiff acknowledges the receipt of two Demand Drafts totalling Rs.1,10,00,000/- from the defendant no.1. Copy of the Demand Drafts are also annexed to the above Memorandum of Understanding/Family Settlement dated 13.08.2024.

I have also perused the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. 7.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding/Family Settlement annexed as Annexure A-1 to the present application.

Decree sheet be drawn accordingly.

The parties shall bear their respective costs. 10.

The next date of hearing, that is, 11.11.2024, stands cancelled. All pending applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous.
