The present petition alleges wilful disobedience / non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 07.02.2023 in CM (M) No.181/2023, further modified vide order dated 15.02.2023 in CM (M) No.1053/2021 and order dated 01.06.2023 in Cont.Cas (C) No.603/2023, passed by this Court. The aforesaid orders pertain to the visitation rights of the petitioner.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submits and undertakes on instructions that visitation shall be afforded to the petitioner in terms of the subsisting directions and the respondent shall not pose any impediment in that regard. The said statement is taken on record. 3.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

In case of infraction of the concerned directions, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition or file a fresh.
