No one has been appearing on behalf of petitioner since July 2024 in these matters.

It is stated that a compliance affidavit has been filed. 4.

As per the said affidavit, filed on 05th July 2023 in compliance of judgment dated 10th February 2020, the petitioner has been granted pay scale of Rs.260-400/- as a compressor attendant pump operator (Group-'C', Skilled).

The petitioner has also been paid the outstanding claim of Rs. 1,45,025/- from the date of appointment with consequential benefits, including the interest @ 6% for the delay and costs imposed by this Court. 6.
