% 05.12.2025 REVIEW PET. 598/2025 [To review judgment dated 17.10.2025] 1.

The present Review Petition has been filed by the Respondent seeking review of the judgment dated 17.10.2025 passed by this Court in FAO(OS) 89/2023.

This Court has upheld the preliminary decree for partition of the movable assets left behind by Late Sh. M. S. Gujral. However, there appears to be a contradiction because the proceedings under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 have been stayed. 3.

With the consent of the learned counsel representing the parties, the order is clarified with regard to the movable assets left behind by Late Sh. M. S. Gujral. The Court will proceed to pass final decree and distribute the movable assets of Late Sh. M. S. Gujral, however, this is subject to any order passed by the Supreme Court in an Appeal filed by Ms. Kiranjit Gural.
