% 10.10.2019 The present petition has been instituted seeking transfer of seven criminal cases bearing nos. CC-518830/16, 518831/16, 522232/16, 522233/16, 522234/16, 5431043/16, 531047/16 u/s. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act from the Court of Sh. Gaurav Sharma, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Court of ld. MM Ms. Ankita Lal, Patiala House Court, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there are 17 cases pending between the petitioners and respondent no.1. Rest of the respondent nos. 2,3,4,5 and 6 are proforma party only.

Learned counsels for the respondents pray that all the cases may be transferred to Tis Hazai Court.

Learned senior counsel has no objection to the same. Heard. Keeping in mind the fact that it will be in the interest of justice if all the cases are heard by one court, the petition is allowed. All the seven cases pending in the court of learned MM Mr. Gaurav Sharma at Tis Hazari Courts are transferred to the court of learned MM Ms. Ankita Lal at Patiala House Courts for 06.11.2019 Let the parties appear before the concerned court on the said date.
