I.A. 10241/2026 has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff under Order XXIII Rule 1(4) of the CPC seeking permission to withdraw the present Suit.

Paragraph No.2 of the Application, which gives the reasons for withdrawal, reads as under:

"2.

That pursuant to settlement talks between the parties and efforts along those lines being made for a little over a year, the Plaintiff now wishes to withdraw the suit filed by her. The Plaintiff however affirms that if a fresh cause of action arises, she may take appropriate recourse available to her in law and initiate appropriate proceedings."
