% 11.06.2025 BAIL APPLN. 2005/2025 & W.P.(CRL) 1683/2025 1.

It is stated on behalf of the Petitioner that CRL.M.A. 17936/2025 in Bail Appln. 2005/2025 and CRL.M.A. 17935/2025 in W.P.(CRL) 1683/2025 seeking directions and disposal of the bail application and writ petition have been filed respectively.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Respondent submits that an additional status report dated 10.06.2025 has been filed and the same is already placed on record. 3.

The Petitioner seeks to join the investigation in presence of his Advocate or, in the alternative, through Video Conference with safeguards available under the law, while protecting the Petitioner from arrest for a period of twenty days since regular courts are closed during summer vacations.

The Petitioner also prays for the present bail application seeking anticipatory bail and writ petition seeking quashing of an FIR No. 0033/2025 to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if so advised. 5.

As prayed for, the present bail application as well as the writ petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to state that the investigating agency shall take appropriate steps for investigation in accordance with law.
