This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the settlement deed dated 09th February 2023 with the facilitation of the Counselling Cell, Family Court, Saket.

As per settlement, respondent had agreed to support the petition for quashing of FIR No. 16/2022 registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar, New Delhi under Sections 498A/406/323/34 IPC.

Counsel for petitioner states that he has received an affidavit of no objection, on the second day after this petition was filed. 4.

Accordingly, petitioner does not wish to press this petition. Petition is disposed of in view of the above observations. 5.
