This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 26th April 2024 in C.M.(M)2406/2024, where the following directions were passed by this Court:

Pursuant to this Mr. Pankaj Jain, who appears in person, states that no order should have been passed in the matter till the C.M.(M) had been disposed of; the C.M.(M) was dispsoed of sometime in September 2024. 3.
In the meantime, an order was passed by the Family Court on the issue of the visitation, taking note of the Supreme Court directions passed on 15th February 2024.

It is noted that order was passed only relating to the visitation passed by the Family Court on 07th June 2024.

The Court has perused the said order, and in the opinion of this Court, the Family Court has taken into account the orders of this Court dated 26th April 2024, considered the orders passed by the Supreme Court on 15th February 2024.

The Court does not find any infraction of any order of this Court. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
