O R D E R

Learned counsels for the applicants submit that the applicants have joined the investigation. It is further submitted that in terms of the previous

order and without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the applicantYogesh has already deposited Rs.2.5 lacs with the Registrar General of this Court towards the allegations of theft of cash. 2.

Learned APP for the State, who is assisted by the counsel for the complainant, has opposed the bail applications on the ground that the correct phone numbers have not been provided by the applicants during the course of the investigation. However, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the correct phone numbers have now been supplied by the applicants.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the applicants have joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions:- (i) The applicants shall join the investigation as and when they are asked to do so.

(ii) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The applicants shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Dwarka North with their mobile numbers and residential address and in the event of change of the same, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO.

(iv) The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the of concerned

Court.

Both the above-noted bail applications are disposed of in the above terms.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the applicants.
