This suit was instituted by the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from infringing Plaintiffs' copyright as also damages, rendition of accounts. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement. Parties have amicably settled their disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 12.12.2025, copy of which has been placed on record.

Counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the suit since the matter has been amicably settled and Plaintiffs have received a sum of Rs. 3 lakhs from the Defendant as agreed. 3.

Accordingly, the present suit is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the settlement between the parties.
