Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.')/Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed by the Petitioners, for quashing of FIR No. 0170/2019 under Sections 341/392/411/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Prashant Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

Briefly stated, on 16.07.2019 at about 11.00 PM, the Complainant was going home with his family when the Petitioners came on motorcycle and stopped it in front of his car and the boy who was sitting behind on motorcycle, came and sat on my side in car and said that they are from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Police and asked for checking. The other boy started slapping the Complainant and looted Rs.21,000/- from my left side pocket. 3.

On the Complaint of the Respondent No.2/Complainant, FIR No.0170/20219 under Section 341/392/411/34 IPC, got registered at P.S. Prashant Vihar.

It is stated that the Petitioners and the Respondent No. 2 have amicably settled all the disputes and differences between them and arrived at Settlement vide Compromise Deed dated 03.04.2025. It is submitted that the Petitioners have paid Rs.22000/- to the brother of the Complainant today at his residence. In the Settlement, it was agreed that the Complainant shall withdraw the complaint against the Petitioners. 5.

Today, the Respondent No. 2, who is present in the Court, states that he has received Rs.22,000/- and has no objection if the FIR is quashed. 6.

The Statement of the parties have already been recorded before the learned Joint Registrar. They have entered into the Settlement voluntarily and without any fear and coercion and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement.

Essentially, it was more of a scuffle and theft. Considering the facts of the case and that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide Compromise Deed dated 03.04.2025, FIR No.0170/2019 under Sections 341/392/411/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Prashant Vihar and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 8.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
