At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the present petition has been filed with the title that it is a review of order dated 30.01.2024. However, the petition is based on new facts and, the cancellation report filed before the learned Trial Court stands accepted. It is further stated that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, to raise the new issues that he wants to agitate before Roster Bench, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
