This matter is taken up today as 13th September, 2016 was declared holiday.

Mr. Yeeshu Jain, learned Standing Counsel for Land and Building Department submits on instructions from the Deputy Legal Advisor of Land and Building Department that the petitioner's name has been included in the seniority list and a personal hearing has been given to the petitioner on 15th June, 2016.

It is further submitted that some additional documents were demanded from the petitioner who has furnished the same on 24th August, 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner's case shall be forwarded to the Recommendation Committee within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

This petition is disposed of on the basis of the statement made before this Court today. The Land and Building Department shall remain bound by

the statement made before this Court today.

If the petitioner's case is not forwarded to the Recommendation Committee within a period of two weeks, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court for reviving this petition. 5.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision of the Recommendation Committee, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to her in accordance with law. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
