The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking to set aside the Order dated 04.09.2023 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate in Complaint Case No. 58622/2016 titled as "Mohd. Said Ali vs. Ali Hasan".
