The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C./528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers:- "A. Set aside the Impugned Order dated 10.03.2025 of the Order on Charge passed by Ld. Judicial CRL.M.C.-3712/2025 Magistrate First Class--05, (South) Saket Court, New Delhi in Cr. Case 2036323/2016 titled "State v. Rajender Kumar & Ors." emanating from FIR No. 221/2013 registered at P.S. Mehrauli and quash the Chargesheet and FIR and consequent proceedings initiated thereto. B. Pass any other or further order/ s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
