The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20234 (formerly Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 19735) seeks quashing of FIR No. 838/2014 dated 26th September, 2014, registered under Sections 498A, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18606, at P.S. Jamia Nagar, as well as the order on charge dated 21st January, 2025, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court-03)/SED, New Delhi.

After making some submissions, the Counsel for Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and instead take recourse to appropriate remedies provided under the CrPC/BNSS for assailing the order 4 "BNSS"
