The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent to decide/dispose of the representation made by the petitioner for change of his Chamber No.243, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, New Delhi To Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, New Delhi-110017 and permit the petitioner no.1 to change his Chamber No. 243, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, New Delhi- 110017 as allottee of second slot to Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, New Delhi-110017 as allottee of second slot in double occupancy.
b) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Material on record indicates that Petitioner No.1 was allotted Chamber No.243, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, New Delhi and Petitioner No.2 was allotted first slot of Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, New Delhi-110017 and the second slot of Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, was allotted to another person, one Mr. Juber Ahmed, in double occupancy. It is stated that Mr. Juber Ahmad has passed away and there is a vacancy in the second slot of Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court. 3.
It is stated that the Petitioner No.1 has filed an application on 18.07.2023 for allotment of the second slot of Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court on double occupancy basis. However, the same has yet not been decided. It is further stated that representations have already been filed by the Petitioner No.1 on 20.03.2024 and 04.04.2024 and the same have also not been considered. It is stated that the Petitioner No.1 has apprehension that the second slot of Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court, will not be given to him. 4.
In the fitness of things, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Respondent to consider the application of the Petitioner before taking any final decision regarding allotment of second slot of Chamber No.370, Lawyers Chamber Block, Saket Court. Let the representations of the Petitioner be considered in the next meeting of the Chamber Allocation Committee.
